CryoPen is a quick, non-invasive treatment that uses a fine jet of nitrous oxide to safely remove unwanted skin imperfections. It works by freezing the area, allowing the body to naturally shed the treated tissue over time. It is a safe and controlled treatment which targets only the specific area, leaving the surrounding skin unaffected.

What CryoPen can treat

CryoPen can treat benign skin lesions like; Skin tags, warts, keratosis, veruuca’s, moles (benign only), age spots, sun spots, pigementation and many more.

Pricing:

Treatment prices start from £50 and are determined following your consultation, depending on the type, size and number of lesions being treated.

A consultation fee of £10 is required, which will be fully deducted from the cost of your treatment should you choose to proceed.

What’s involved in the treatment?
The lesion is frozen for a few seconds, thawed and frozen again. You may feel a cold sensation or slight stinging. The area may darken, blister, scab, or flake before naturally healing

How many sessions will I need?
Some areas clear in one session, while others may need a follow-up treatment.

What happens after treatment?
The area may blister, become darker, form a small scab, and then naturally fall away over 1–2 weeks.

Are there any side effects?
Side effects are usually minimal but can include redness, slight swelling, or temporary skin colour changes.

Can all skin lesions be treated?
Only benign (non-cancerous) lesions can be treated. If there’s any doubt, we’ll advise you to seek medical guidance first or use our MapmyMole service.
